Wholesale only, no refunds. All sales are final unless defective. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the item. We will then provide you with a return authorization number (RA#). Upon inspection of the item returned to FLIPSUNGLASSES.NET, should we find the item to be defective, we will replace it at our sole option and at our discretion. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to any returned merchandise that is accepted. Return shipping and the original shipping cost is also non-refundable.
